How to Cancel an Order
If you want to cancel an order due to some reason, then it is necessary to do so within 24 hours of placing the order and Email us with order number in the subject headline at email@example.com.
If you need to cancel after Medequiponline has already shipped it to you, you can refuse the order and send an email with your order number in the subject headline. Make sure to mention that you have refused the package and are requesting to cancel the order.
As Medequiponline handle each product with utmost care and we ensure everything so that our products reach our customers in perfect condition, however we understand that mistakes happen in rare cases, items may get damaged in transit. We can only offer return within 7 days from the date of product delivery.
Here are the cases in which we accept returns:
Case 1 : If the wrong product was sent, or if your product was damaged or defective, it will automatically qualify for a return. Medequiponline will pick up the item and send a brand new product replacement to you at no additional cost.
Case 2 : If it appears that the package has been tampered with, you can refuse to accept the package from the delivery person, just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Make sure to include the order number. If you have to mail the package yourself, ensure that the original packaging and product tag is present.
Case 3 : If you believe the quality of your product is poor or you don’t want the product, you must ship the product back to our warehouse:
Once we verify your claims, Medequiponline will issue refund.
Please note that the product must be shipped in the same state it was received, unused.
During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions.
1. Correct Product
Name/image/brand/serial number/article number/bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
2. Complete Product
All in-the-box accessories
3. Unused Product
The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/warranty seals (wherever applicable).
4. Undamaged Product
5. The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
6. Undamaged Packaging
Product’s original packaging/box should be undamaged.
The refund process will be initiated only once we have received the product back in our warehouse and we have completed all quality checks and verifications at our end. The mode of refund may depend on the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order.
